Wonderful location in the city!

I LOVE 2601! Sure, it needs a little sprucing up, but it's truly a vintage building, built in the 1920's and is close enough to everything, plus extra convenience of shuttle at lobby AND it's actually in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Like ANYWHERE you live, it has its negatives, but all in all, I think it's great! Luckily, my neighbors are respectful and quiet, but if you get a bad neighbor, just like a row or single home, it makes it unpleasant. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
