Nice place - I rented from a private condo owner, so my rent was reasonable.
Nice apartment. Poor air circulation, had to use a/c all summer, no cross breeze.
My car was broken into 4 times in 4 years...they need security in parking lot.
Overall, good location for public transit.

Good place to live. - Its a nice small quiet building with only eight units in it. You can hear neighbors below you if they talk or TV is too loud and the neighbors next to you when they walk around the apartment. Its not extremely loud but you can hear it.
