Great three years - Great landlords. Rented from them for 3 years and had few problems. I was in their building on 30 S 22nd Street. At the termination of my lease I received my full deposit back. I was also able to get out of my lease early after finding them a tenant and they did not charge me extra. They now have an online maintenance request system which is nice.
