Having shopped there and started the leasing proccess with them, I found the experience wholly undesirable with them. They've repeatedly not returned calls & have been either late or absent from appointments we've made. The room we were slated to lease was much less featured than the model room, although the floorplan was exactly the same, and it was far from ready for inspection on the day that the manager said it would be. The hallways were a disgrace, and while the reps said they were being renovated top floors first, I saw no evidence of that having gone upstairs. I was also terribly misinformed to the point of being bait & switched about the rules of painting the apartment. Finally, the owners decided to shut down their pool for this summer while the apartment complex openly displays pictures of the pool as if it were available.
One of their slogans is '7400 is also the amount of our amenities', it's really closer to 5 and still going down. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
