Paying for Heat From: rteal@aol.com Date posted: 1/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2004   We just found out that we will be paying for heat sometime in the spring, this through the monthly newsletter. The Manager always tries to inform us of what happening in the bldg. So I was quite surprised at this, our rent is already high as it is. Now with having to pay for gas & heat we can expect to pay even more, but the manager has told us or at least me anyway; he will speak to anyone who comes into the Management office to ask questions, so he has stated to me that in most case any resident who's rent is at or close to the Market rate will either see no increase, and maybe even a decrease for this added cost the will be place upon us. We shall see what is what when this all happens. I like this place I have been here for over 8 years and will continue to stay if the heat thing works out.
