Rodney is a Great Community Manager From: Brooklyn4Ever Date posted: 8/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   Rodney is great at keeping the apartment complex a community. He keeps everyone abreast of what is going on and takes any issues seriously. I admit that there had been an influx of problem residents, but it appears that some have been weeded out of the complex. The building does have its share of problems, as all large apartmnent buildings do..I have seen a few mice, but we are blessed to have free monthly exterminating (and more if you need it) Paul from maintenance is great too!!! I think the man can fix ANYTHING!!! All in all this is a nice place to live.
