7400 Roosevelt Blvd Apartments

Not so good, but OK From: lokng2movesoon Date posted: 4/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Fist of all the show you a nice apartment then you get a different one. The management is good there is not a dry clean service or fax, notary services. This place has change a lot its's too noisy and it's getting dirty. We need a couple of security cameras around the site. And it would be awsome to have a pool that works. Plus there are some kids playing around with the elevator and some of the residents don't use trash bags for their wates and that's why I think theres lots of mice around here. Its like they are trying to take over the place. And the gas bill is really high. But after all I like the location and that I haven't seen any roaches since I've been here these past two years.
