I just moved-in three days ago, and I decided to rent here based upon what I read here. I came out with the girlfriend and we took a tour with the manager Rodney and he told us all about the place and we even got a chance to speak with some of the renters and they also said that this is a good place to live. In my only three days of being here I have see new windows being installed and plumbers on site taking care of emergency situations, so I would say that the mgmt cares and that they are on any problems that arrise. Now as I have stated I am new but I do like what I have see so far and I'm only hoping that it gets better g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I moved here in 2006, and that was under false advertisement. Yes I looked at the apartment guide book, and I called the 7400 Apartments and talked to the so call manager Rodney Strickland. You know they tell you somethings ( untruthful things) just to get you here in the apartments. Anyway, he sent the app. and some information. Well the only one he want you to have. Well to make along store short,,,,, What the hell happien to the sparkling swimming pool? The 24 hour emergency maintenance? The luxury nestled in quiet surroundings? To provide " Simply Superior Service" to the residents each and every day? What happien? There's more, but I'm going to leave that one alone for now.......Now, have some news, if you think the 7400 Apartments are safe, think again. People that don't live here get in real easy. Oh and there's a trigger finger happy so call manager that's here also--- Rodney--. So all I'm saying is, don't move here. It's best for you to keep looking for a nice place that's safe and doesn't lie and have false advertisement or sent you false information.
