Utilities are way too expensive!!

I've lived here for about a year, and I asked the property manager if my $200 gas bill was unusually high. He told me that the average gas bill for a two bedroom apt. was $180 for the month of January, and this does not include electricity!! We turn down our thermostat every time we leave and most of the time we are cold in our apartment just to lower our bill to $160. These apartments have pretty affordable rent but then you're blasted with huge utility bills. (I paid a $200 electricity bill in July just to keep my A/C around 80 degrees.) I also caught my second mouse this week!!

Your so correct this apt untilty are to high. I Would never recommend anyone to live here. U would be better off buying a house.
