I've lived here for a year. the moving experience was horrible- no one was willing to help me, but once i got it i loved my little studio. I cant complain about the building, only the people who really need to take some customer service courses. They are very rude and uncooperative at times. i only had to talk to them 3 times fortunatly. and the $30 open your door fee because you forgot your keys fee is crazy.

I have also been here for a year and move in was very easy for me. Someone ran the freight for me and all. I have never had problems with anyone there. They have all been very helpful and polite.Perhaps you need to approach them in a nicer manner? I have never locked my self out but if I had $30 after hours isnt much to charge for someone to come out on their time and open the door for you. A locksmith would cost alot more!!

Hi! I am interested in moving to a studio in Adelphia House. Could you tell me if it has internet access and around how much do you pay in utilities? And for I've seen in their website, the place looks lovely, how big are their studios? Thank you! ;)

my studio is big compared to the other ones i've seen during the tour and just walking by. i have a full size bed, small ikea couch, desk, bookshelf, and dresser all fitting very comfortably with plently of room to walk around. internet and cable arnt included but it is available through comcast. tenants only pay electric which ranges from 20-30 (for me it was 60 in the summer because of the window a/c). I love my studio apt.
