Look somewhere else From: mstudent Date posted: 6/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   It was overpriced for being in such an awful neighborhood. Nothing is walking distance unless you want to be shot. The "fitness center" is absolutely pathetic. I lived in Manor on the seventh floor and had mice and roaches. utility bills were ridiculous because of the poor insullation of the windows. Don't live here. Fire alarms went off ALL THE TIME.
