Alden Park Leasing

It is beautiful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I am resident at Alden park looking to move, the prices are steap...but it is the most beautiful apartment complex in philly. Management is ok. The heating/air in my unit sucks!!! Maintenance has tried several times to resovle it, but no luck. The staff if very friendly. These apartments are very old/castle like building, which sets it apart from all other complexes. I enjoy living here, but it is just a little too steap in price.
