I LOVE LIVING HERE! From: cld816@aol.com Date posted: 6/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   If you are looking for a great apartment, please think about Alden Park. I have lived at Alden Park for a year now. I have a studio and the rent is great- $600/mo. I live over at kenilworth- the lobby is beautiful and the park setting outdoors is quiet and serene. I love coming home. I utilize the pool approximately 1 time/week in the winter and 4 times/week in the spring, summer and fall. I cant imagine my life without my morning swim, or the sundeck. Maintenance has never given me any problems, they are very helpful. Parking is very convenient. I have never seen rodents or anything of that kind and trust me I look! If you just want to relax, you can take a nice relaxing walk around the complex without a care in the world. The gated security is more than I could ever ask for. I feel very safe where I live. The location is perfect- 5 minute drive to manayunk and 10 into old city. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else during my early twenties. Please dont listen to the bad reports of this place, it is what you make of it. Its a great home.
