Alden Park Leasing

Over all, Alden Park is a great place to live From: Jessica12du Date posted: 4/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here for close to a year. For the amount of money you pay, you cannot find a better place to live in Philadelphia. The management office, maintenance staff, and security are very helpful if you show respect to them. Any maintenance request I have had has been filled within 24 hours. Emergency maintenance requests have been taken care of within the hour. Parking has become a problem in the upper lot due to construction but other lots that require you to walk further do have spaces. Electricity bills run high due to the old windows. But with some weather striping that is $20 at Home Depot, you can lower the bill drastically. The common areas are always clean and the apartments are always quiet. Parties do happen but you cannot hear them in your apartment due to the old concrete building. Fire alarms occasionally happen due to the large number of tenants in one building. A total of 3 or 4 have happened in the past year. The grounds are always kept beautiful in the summer and free of snow in the winter. Over all, Alden Park is a great place to live.
