Sure. Water is included. Gas is above $18.00, cable (TimeWarner, soon to be Comcast) $85.00, electricity @ $100.00). I cannot say enough positive things about the place. I am only moving because I bought a house. My apartment (huge one bedroom) was so gorgeous, I loved coming home every night! It is safe. I lived in the Manor Buidling, which I highly recommend.

I would love to hear from someone regarding the mice and PU rentals at Alden Park. I am reading that PU is now being rented space at Alden to use for the university students. Which building are they occupying, Cambridge or Manor? And is there really a big mice problem. My company is trying to place me in this apartment complex for the next 7 months and I am wondering if I will be happy. So please be honest, not irrate. Thanks, my24kgirl

Last year people climbed over the fence and invaded an apartment with four girls living in it and beat up on one of their boyfriends. It is not unusual for the fence to be broken and management uses yellow police tape to seal it off and get the attention of everyone going by. It feels safe, and is safe for the most part, but things have happened.
