From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   i actually had a lease at benton court, which is managed by the same people. i called 5 times prior to moving out and could not have anyone answer questions regarding move-out procedures. all messages left were unanswered. there were no return calls to any messages, even after i'd expressed my concerns and frustration that numerous calls had resulted in vain. after moving out, there's still nothing. i've yet to get my security deposit back. any calls made to the management office are the same - "i'll take a message and give you a call back" - which never happens. it's a major headache having to make repeated calls to still get no results. absolutely horrendous in follow-through by management. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
