This is apt is filled with drugs prostitution and crime. It is unsafe for families especially those wih children. The ownwers treat you like trash. They refused to mke repairs. The apt has mice roaches and yes rats. Please stay away! I am moving at the end of the year and I can't wait one more day. I regret moving here but at the time as single mother and a full-time college student was all that I could afford and I got exactly what I paid for.
