We have mostly great neighbors in the building.
However, the property is neglected. They don't have a consistent cleaning person, landscaper. The trash is pretty bad all over the property. Part of the reason is that there is more shrubbery on the property than anywhere else on 17th St so the wind blows it all into our shrubs and nobody picks it up. We've tried as good neighbors but the property management doesn't help. They actually discourage us from cleaning up.
We have a laundry room. 4 dryers and 4 washers but only 1 of the dryers work properly.
Took them about 2 yrs to fix a side door that wouldn't shut so anyone could have walked into the building. Same with most of the lights on the grounds were out for a year. At the moment, things are better. But they are not a good management that really cares about the quality or safety of the renter's life.
