I have lived here since summer 2007. At first it was ok but every year it gets worst! Kids are always playing in the parking lot with footballs and bikes, I have seen them on top of people's cars when there is a park across the street! Parents don't watch the kids either so they do what they want! I moved to the NE area of Philly to avoid the trashy neighborhoods of North Phila since these apts were affordable. Maintenance is terrible. The buildings are always trashed with candy wrappers. Right now there is a hoagie container and water bottle in my building on the steps and it's been there for 3 days! People sit on the steps inside and out the building so you can't get through and you can't even get in your own building with the key because the lock is CONSTANTLY messed up. The parents needs to watch their kids before one of them gets hit with a car simply because they are out in the middle all the time and in the way even when yhou are trying to get out of a parking spot. This needs to be controlled now! By the way, the fire alarm goes off for no reason at least 3 times a month! HORRIBLE! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
