All I have to say is this place is infested with roaches. They are in every apartment. If youreport them they will spray your apartment, which just makes the roaches run fromone apartment to the next. Roaches are known to cause breathing problems so I broke my lease. I can't have them around my baby. Also the cleaning lady and maintenace men will tell you that it is full of them and that they are just a common newsance that you get used to living with. Well that is disgusting. Not to mention the fact I had an exterminator come in and found roach eggs all through my cabinets and said the smell when you first walk in is from these bugs. There is also an abundance of mice and termites. The building is so old, as are the appliances in it. The management is nice when they are taking yourm oney, but when you have a problem, they are rude. The trash area stinks, garbage is abundant outside of thebuilding as well as in it. It smells like urine on most floor sbecause the majority of people that live there are old. ALso the pool was closed down 2 summers ago because it wasn't up to code. The ac gets turned on and off whenever management deems necessary and there is caulk all over the bathroom. The doors fall of all of the time and no one bothers to fix them. If you are going to throw your money away and spend the amount you do to live here, you might as well go to a low income area where things are cheaper for what you get. DON"T RENT HERE!!!!!
