I moved in to Atrium Apts. when I first came to the philadelphia area. Its a pretty ok place if you don't mind hearing your neighbors above you walking, neighbors next to you bathing, washing dishes, or leaving their apartments, or kids running in the halls, you can even hear someone walking in the halls above if your in the hallway, and your closet doors falling off the hinges all the time. I could even tell when someone was flushing their toilet. The good thing about these apartments is that all utilies, even electricity is included, and the building is secure, although the 1 bedroom is pretty small, the rest of the apartment is pretty spacious...I would stay another year despite the negative but I'm bout to start a family and don't intend to raise them here.
