trash overflowing,leaks everywhere you look,nasty landlord,rent too high(over $1000.00),won't fix maintenance issues,only allowed to park one car,storage broken into everything stolen,mold and mildew everywhere,hallways smell like trash of trash,to wash and dry one small load of laundry $3.00.these were just a few of the issues i had while living here.your money can be spent on a much nicer place.
