The complex was nice when first arrvinging after being there for 6 years the service has declined greatly, especially when it comes to basic repairs, they hire people with no skills who do not know how to fix things in the complex, example we got a new toilet install because the old one was falling apart this toilet has been running since the installtion of it bing installed.

The noise you have with neighbors has also changed with the last 6 years you have people moving in the complex who have no manners for other neighbors, for example we have a neighbor above us who is 350 lbs who walks constantly all night long stomping as she walks which tends to keep us up many nights you call the complex to aks for assistance they say have you talked to them, how can you talk to them when you rang their door bell they refuse to answer their own door, these same people are involve in illegal drug activity you tell the complex about this and guess what they shrug their shoulders and say we don't know anything about that that's not our business we can't help you with that,,

With in the past 6 years things have changed dramatically you get bad service and noisy neighbors with no assiatnce

I agree with the negative reviews and am skeptical of anyone who has positive feedback for Korman. Believe the majority of posters, they are all negative and disbelieve the few positive as they are suspect in my opinion.

Yea, this place sucked when i lived there. Maintenance are low-life scumbags who would steal anything from your apt whenever they had the chance. Saying that management sucks is putting it lightly. All of the employees are a bunch of scam artists.
