I have been a resident for 11 years and am not pleased. Why so long you ask well I have a quadraplegic husband which limits where I live. I have tried to relocate but Korman has tried umpteen time to evict me for amounts as small as $9.00 with added court fees and late charges. An oversight on my part but who cares right. They have ruined my credit and once tried to evict my husband in his wheelchair while I was at work. My husband can't even feed himself let alone protect himself from an attacker. I had to bring my boss to witness it. The sheriff's said that management was going to far and ocntacted the judge who overturned the decision. Ever since management has been out to get us. Numerous floodings, faulty pipes, no carpet replacement or concern for health. I called L&I on them. The moved us but was not helpful and they are a bunch or miserable woman taking out their frustration on residents. My neighbors were complaing and leaving me one by one and saying to me "Get out if you can". NOt recommened to the tenth power.
