Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Leaving is hard to do-You have to give 60 days notice before your year expires or else your automatically stuck 4 another year unless you want to pay $50 more a month.
Parking- Don't park in the garage or you could be stuck there for 5 or more hours if another car parks in front of you driveway!
Call the police cause Korman won't handle the matter till the next day.
Paint-every time someone moves out they repaint the entire apt. windows are very hard to open, phone jacks are ruined.
Matenance don't work on weekends to remove snow so be careful not to fall.
