The first problem are the design of these duplexes. You can hear the person above. Everything. Any kind of music, walking, or talking. The walls are incredibly thin.
I hate a mouse in my duplex. Yeuck. When I complained about the tenant above they sent me a nasty lawyer letter basically telling me to shup up or they will sue me.
The maintenance service is Okay for basic stuff.
When I tried to move out, they ruined my credit for 3 years. The staff are a bunch of devious women who think they are better than you. They love to control you. P
Kids smoke marijuana in the back. In the summer, there are crowds of kids doing this. Your duplex will smell like it. They sometime park in front of your garage and you will have a hard time getting your car out. The sample is a trick.
