The apartments are beautiful and newly remodeled there are vending machines in the laundry room. Handicap accessable, locked mailboxes, super wawa, dollar store within walking distance. Lot's of shopping very good elemantary school Crossan Academy, within walking distance. I disagree about the noise level it is usually quiet. Permit parking only which is great. All utilities included accept electric. They are contracted with comcast cable (cable ready)
