I just had to comment on the conditions at Awbury Manor. Anyone looking for a place to rent please do not come here. When I read other comments I thought people may just be blowing things out of proportion. Believe me this place is awful.
(1)There is no landlord to talk to.
(2)The place is infested with mice.
(3)The walls and floors seem to be made of paper because you can hear everything in your neighbors apartments. EEVERYTHING MEANS A PHONE ALERT TO THEIR MOST INTIMATE MOMENTS.I believe that people have a right to do anything in their apartment that is why they pay their rent but my right is not to have them wake me up that is why I pay my rent.
They should talk to some other landlords and find out how to manage an apartment complex.
