I would not live here to save my life. The elevator is SKETCHY and old - I felt that I was going to die, it's one of the old ones with the gate in front of it. The laundry room didnt have lights on when we were shown it, and it's in this "basement" area...a few steps down from the main level. You have to pay for parking and the apartment looked unlivable.

The floors were literally sinking in. There was a huge concave in the kitchen floor. The kitchen was nothing amazing - no new appliances, no dishwasher.

Some apartments had the hardwood floors but they also have carpet. Space is big including closets, but I wouldn't live here. It looked run down and smelled a little odd.

No security at all. You just walk into the building...I think there's a key but that's it. For a female coming home late I would not want to go into my apartment building alone.

My standards are not high but I wouldn't live here.
