I lived at this apartment the first year I moved out to Philadelphia and it was a great experience. The management is helpful and always on-site. Whenever I had a maintenance problem, it was fixed within the hour. The facilities are cleaned every day and I never had any kind of pest problems. The rent is a little pricey but the experience is well worth it!
