I have lived here for two years and am very sad that I will be leaving soon because of school. The manager is very sweet and efficient. Maintenance is never a problem. They are on-site during the day and are literally there in minutes. The rent isn't cheap, but it does include all utilities. And I don't mind paying for such a great place. It is very well maintained, it's clean, it doesn't smell (like other area apt complexes), it's secure, and the neighbors are quiet and very nice. They have a parking garage, sufficient lot parking (in the winter at least), and then you can always park on the street. However, I did have a mouse problem last year, my first winter here. I was told that they never had such a problem before and we were the only ones complaining. Maintenance always came to try to find where they were coming in, but we didnt realize that we had HUGE holes in our heating units until weeks later. After calking up the holes they went away. This year I realize that it was an isolated case because we dont hear them anymore in the walls or see them. This shouldnt deter anyone from renting here - I am confident that this really was an isolated incident. And I have only seen two bugs in our apartment in two years! We also have a really big balcony. There are cameras in the parking lots and entrances. There is a set of row homes on our side. Occasionally in the summer guys smoke weed out there, but they wont bother you - it still is Philadelphia.
