There are both pros and cons to living here.

Pros: Afordable (but we heard the rent is going up); Overall the complex is quiet (you rarely see other residents in the building); Utilities are included (but see below); Covered parking is available for a reasonable monthly fee; Never had trouble parking outside; Neighborhood is decent (quiet, safer); Water pressure is excellent; No bugs/rodents; Super close to a gym; Close to 76

Cons: Our elderly neighbors blasted the t.v. every night; You don't have complete control when the heat and air conditioner are turned on/off; No washer/dyer units inside apartments; Older appliances in apartment; Far from decent grocery stores
