Nice place just far enough outside the city.

First, considering the person who reviewed this apartment building poorly spelled "retard", "retart," you should not base any decisions on what he/she said.
I moved in this July with practically no notice, they was somewhat of an emergency and I had to move in a month ahead of schedule. The women who work at the front office were very helpful and accomodating and helped me get moved in with only 5 days notice. I think that this speaks volumes of the employees here.
Since living here I have had moments when I wished I lived in a cheaper building, but this place is worth it. Utilities are rising rapidly so take that into consideration when choosing an apartment.
Security also seams like it is a plus. All the doors are locked all the time and surveilance equipment is pretty commonplace. It is a little wierd that you can watch these live feeds on your tv. Big brother is always watching.
Today was actually the first day I needed something fixed (just a leaky faucet). They came within 24 hours and fixed it for me. So I`m hoping that maintenance stays this reliable.
Lastly, for the cons. Obviously it is a little pricey, but living alone the utilities I believe would even out the cost, especially considering I leave the air conditioning unit blowing full blast all the time (not really full blast because this little apartment gets really cold). I hate the fact I don't have lights in the ceiling of my little studio. They are in the entry-way, kitchen, walk in closet, and bathroom but not in the living area. I had to buy lamps, not a big deal but overhead lighting would have been nicer. The gym is small, but I can tend to do my workout anyways, and if you are a hardcore lifter you probably want a membership to a gym anyways.
I would recommend living here over any of the similarly priced places in the area, I toured them all but this place is the nicest.
