Pay a Little extra, Well worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Although rent is pretty high here, I think it's worth it after seeing friends' apartments within the same neighborhood. Ashley, the manager, is SO sweet and personable. I always feel safe, and the building is very clean. Hell, even the trash rooms are kept immaculate. Any problem I've had, maintenance has been dispatched within the hour, and they're super nice. At night, there's not enough lot parking, so I've had to park on the street some evenings, not too bad. There is just the ACME grocery store about 2 blocks away, and it kind of sucks, but otherwise, it's in a good location, too.
