I am currently a PCOM student (2nd year DO) and have been here for 18 months and love our apartment. The rent is high, but it includes all utilities (electric, heat/AC, water, sewer, trash removal, etc.) and the only cost to you is internet access and cable TV. From other apartment complexes I have seen locally it is far nicer than others for nearly the same price when you factor total cost of living (many other places have cheaper rent, but you pay for most/all utilities). Beekman also has a secure parking garage underneath the building for an additional $40 per month which is well worth it the first time you have to clean 12 inches of snow off of your car.

I can walk to PCOM in less than 10 minutes.

The maintenance staff is very friendly and fixes things promptly.

Noise inside the building is minimal, but noise outside coming in is nothing more than what can be expected living in the city.

The Property Manager of 10 yrs. recently retired and they are in the process of finding a replacement as of now (12-5-2006).
