I lived here for one year. I had a great experience. The management was very, very nice and helpful! The manager always said hello, knew me by name, and even offered to come and feed my cat if I was out for the weekend. I only needed to call maintenance once and they arrived within 10 minutes (after hours).
I had a studio apartment which was only $750 a month which included all utilities. Pretty cheap as far as I am concerned. I lived on the first floor and never once saw any bugs or rodents. The apartment and carpet were in good condition. The studio apartment had a nice, although small, kitchen with refrigerator and oven. It also had a walk through closet with plenty of space.
Occasionally I could hear neighbors, but it wasn't that bad. The location was ok. There was a bus stop directly in front and another just down the street. There was also a grocery store, fast food, and other shopping very close by.
I never had a problem with parking. They have an outside lot or an inside lot (for a fee). The few times that the outside lot was full, I just parked across the street for free.
Overall, I think it is a great apartment. The location is not that close to center city, although it would be perfect for PCOM or ST. Jo's students. It is also a great price and has really good management.
