Everything is included in rent so you don't have to worry about paying multiple bills every month (easy to budget). SAFE. Walking distance from school, grocery store, convenient store, PO office, etc. Studio is enough space for 1 person. Building is quiet and maintenance is helpful. Elevators and shopping carts make moving in, groceries, etc. easier.
