i want to live here..and im planning on getting a place in aug/sept sometime..and i was just wondering if anyone knows how long in advance i would have to put a deposit on a place is or is it easy to get a place there..please help me cuase i wnat this apartment.

The sooner the better. They are already excepting applications for this coming summer. They usually are completely filled by the end of the summer. They have a waiting list and if you are put on it early enough you are usually guaranteed an apartment. It does require you to leave a deposit and complete the application process.
