Great place to live. It is in walking distance to PCOM (about 10 min) and is in a good part of town. Everything is included in the rent but the only catch is that there are no washer and dryer in the unit so you have to cough up $1.50 per load unless you go somewhere else. Bugs have not been too much trouble as I have only seen 3. The management is great and they make it really easy to pick up packages, pay rent, and get maintenance to fix anything. The building is very quiet so it is also a good place to get your studying done. The building is also very secure as you need a building key to get in or someone has to buzz you in. In case you're not sure who is at the door you can turn on the TV to the security cameras and take a look which can be very helpful. Recently new carpet was put in all the hallways and before you move in the apartment is re-painted and new carpet is put in.
