I just moved to Beekman Place and I absolutely love it. The property manager Beth has been super-helpful with everything. The property is safe and secure and the inside is impecably kept. The neighbors all seem quiet and friendly. Having all utilities included is so convenient and the location is great. The maintenance guy isn't the most personable, but that's the only negative thing I can say about this place. Would definitely recommend.

Hi, Live at beekman also, I think I know which maintenance guy u are referring to, there are 2, one is very nice and knowledgeable, the other is very unapproachable.
