Ok, this place is not "new" but is def. worth of your money.

I was thinking so hard to find a good and affordable place to live. This is the place. The garage is only $40 extra, and def. worth it if you'd come back after 9 PM. Most of neighbors are super-friendly and quite, except the uppper floor one who's constantly waking me up with loud footsteps in the morning (but he/she is moving out soon so I am okay with it). I like the fact my apartment is super quite (I even sometimes get lonely because it's so quite).

The maintenance is helpful. The manager, Beth, is helpful. Sometimes, she forget to respond you back or return your call but she gets things done--don't worry. I love the fact that the office is taking my packages so that I don't have to worry about the packages as most of daytime I am in school.

The hallways and stairs are clean and well-kept. Only thing I mind is the garage--I think it can be improved. Then again I only pay $40/month for it.

I think they can improve my kitchen little bit with new cabinets but I am fine with that too as I don't cook very often. I also want a new sink in the bathroom.

The public transportation is also convenient as I don't want to drive in Center City, Philadelphia.

Overall, I cannot think of better place for me to live with this rent. I'd def. recommend this place.
