Yeah, we loved it too until the dishonesty started....never expected it from this place, but what can you say' All I know is that everything is great until it happens to you and the situation is handled as it was in our case. Yes, a city is noisy (not stupid here!!!)...the noise I refer to involves the blaring "Please be alarmed that all is secure and there is no need for concern..." followed by a blaring alarm several times a week at odd hours. That is what gets really old!!!
Like you, we thought the place was wonderful....and in talking to other tenants (and past tenants) of The Ben, we rest assured that what happened to us wasn't a first time event. Just be aware that even dogs that love and obey you still have teeth and a capability to bite!!!
