I lived at The Ben for the last few years. My time here had it's good times and bad but what apartment doesn't' The building location is great everything you could need and want is right outside your door. The Ben offers a great gym to work out in and shops located in the lobby and when your hungry it come in handy. The front desk security staff was always on time with everything especially the morning 8am girl. She always went above and way beyond the call of duty. The maintenance performance was okay. All the maintenance staff were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing, well maybe all. As far as the management off staff everyone was always very nice and friendly. If I had any questions or needs information I know I could go right to the office and the receptionist was great with helping me out. Especially when I would bug her on a regular basis to fax my personal business.
I really loved my home at The Ben but I could no longer afford the rents that the manager was asking. That's the only issue I have with The Ben and the construction of a parking garage which is well over priced too.
