I have lived here for two months and so far it has been great. Our cable wasn't working and they told us they would have someone the next day - but he came a few hours after we called it in. It is very quiet. You can't hear anything above or below. The security guards are nice and helpful - though they don't really check who is a resident and who isn't. The common areas are always clean and the residents are friendly.
