Benjamin Franklin House

Great place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We, a family of four, live at the Benjamin Franklin House on the Penthouse Level. Although we have only lived here for the summer, we have been nothing but pleased with the accomodations. The doormen (and doorwomen) are pleasant and helpful, the maintenance staff come quickly when needed, and the other apartment dwellers are kind. The apartment is located in the middle of several hospitals, so the siren problem is noticeable. However, we have gotten used to it rather quickly. Also, the parking is excellent, because it's located in the building. Even the valets are friendly. We recommend this building whole-heartedly. Not to mention, it is a great location.
