The Ben is fine if you choose to spend alot money and get nothing in return. The apartments are a good size but that's about it. You get very, very expensive electric bills, well over $100.00 and plus they charge you $46.00 a month for cable and all you get is crappy channels. I'm lucky if I get 12 channels.

The garage is very over priced and the valet staff doesn't seem to never know what they are doing. I also have been told that I can not receive packages beyond a certain weight limit. The only thing really good about the Ben is the location and that's about it.

As far as the staff goes the front desk are the only ones worth dealing with. Dealing with the managment office is like dealing with a brick wall. Which doesn't surprise me.

I would shop around, for the high rent the Ben asks for you can get much better the here! Think twice before you sign on the dotted line.......
