I have been living at the Ben for 4 months, now, and I like it very much. It is a professionally run building, with a great staff. I would recommend it to anyone. They do have a few more fire alarm issues than I would prefer, but what can you do' People are people!
The lobby is to die for (and will impress your visitors) and the apartments are spacious and clean. It is a haul to the grocery store, but very close to trains and subways. A new restaurant is going in soon, and there is a dry cleaners and Mom na dPop shop right in the building.
