Only major drawback... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2006   Comcrap cable, with poor service, performance, and lineup, has a lock on this building and is a bigger pain in the butt than a festering polyp. That's it for the downside. This is a nice place to live. The area is very safe... jewelers row is next door, the Liberty Bell is down the street, and the police protection is excellent due to the precious gems and precious artifacts.
