A great place to live in the city

I recently lived at The Ben for 2 years, and I must say it was a great experience. Having lived in doorman condos in the city previously, I was pleased at how well the front desk handled security, guests, and package deliveries for me. While the units themselves lack any architectural details of the original building, the lobby area makes up for it.
I had not problems with heat or AC during my stay there, and the electric bill ran pretty much what anyone should expect.
The management staff was always friendly, and helpful. The Maint. staff was always prompt, and took care of any issue within 24 hours or less.
The building is pet friendly (small dogs) and the tenants, for the most part, follow the rules regarding controlling their pets.
I've since moved to the suburbs of Philly, but if I found myself moving back into town...I would certainly consider The Ben again.
