This place is a nightmare

Sure it looks nice and they boast 24-hour security. It's not worth it for the price. Noise isn't too bad unless you're close to the ballroom. They have events there that last until midnight on any given day of the week. Management is not helpful at all. Most are irresponsible, although there is a new person at the front desk of the management office who has been most helpful. The security people are nice and very helpful, but people can follow others upstairs. As long as you come in some sort of group, you can slip by. This does not make me feel any safer than if I was in a building with no security.
The maintenance people are the only ones who do their jobs well. They respond immediately to your requests and do the job correctly the first time.
However, the excellent maintenance staff cannot make up for the incompetence and attitude problems of management, problems with accounting (claims that I owe more than I do, which have to be dealt with every few months), very high electric bills, poor movement of heat and a/c in a studio (I needed 3 fans to get the air to my bed), outrageous charges for having a pet, and lack of parking in the garage which is extremely expensive anyway.
For the money you spend here, you could get a much nicer place.
